These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the Zeuvox platform ("Zeuvox", "Platform", "we", "us", "our").

Zeuvox is an online platform that allows users to access and participate in live, real-time conversations with other users ("Creators") in exchange for digital credits ("Tokens"), billed based on time.

By accessing or using Zeuvox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Zeuvox is strictly intended for adults.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You are using the Platform voluntarily and consciously

Zeuvox does not knowingly allow minors to use the Platform. Any account found to be used by a person under 18 will be immediately terminated without refund.

Zeuvox:

• Does not provide legal, medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice
• Does not control, supervise, or guarantee the content of conversations
• Acts solely as a technical intermediary and marketplace

Creators are independent users and are solely responsible for the content of their conversations.

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be fully responsible for all activity under your account

Zeuvox is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Tokens are consumed based on time spent in live conversations.

All usage is considered final and irreversible.

You are solely responsible for:

• Starting and ending conversations
• Monitoring your time and Token balance
• Deciding when to disconnect

Zeuvox provides clear indicators of ongoing usage and billing. Failure to end a session does not constitute an error or misuse by Zeuvox.

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Misrepresent yourself or your qualifications
• Attempt to bypass payment systems
• Misuse the Platform in any way

Zeuvox reserves the right to:

• Review user activity
• Investigate reports
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove content or restrict access

These actions may be taken without prior notice and without refund.

You may stop using Zeuvox at any time.

Zeuvox may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in harmful behavior
• Required by law

Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeuvox shall not be liable for:

• Content of conversations
• Actions of other users
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

Zeuvox makes no guarantees regarding:

• Availability
• Quality of conversations
• Outcomes or results

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
