Payments, Tokens & Refund Policy

This Payments, Tokens & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all users of the Zeuvox platform and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.

By purchasing Tokens or using paid features on Zeuvox, you expressly agree to this Policy.

1Nature of Payments

Zeuvox operates on a prepaid digital credit system using Tokens.

Tokens:

  • Are digital credits
  • Are required to access paid features
  • Are consumed based on time
  • Have no cash value
  • Are not currency
  • Are not transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money

2Token Purchases

When you purchase Tokens:

  • Payment is processed immediately
  • Tokens are credited instantly to your account
  • Access to digital services is enabled immediately

By completing a Token purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the supply of digital content and services begins immediately.

3Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws governing digital content and services:

By purchasing Tokens, you expressly:

  • Consent to the immediate supply of digital services
  • Acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal
  • Waive any right to cancel, reverse, or withdraw the purchase once Tokens are credited

This waiver applies regardless of whether Tokens are later used.

4No Refunds — Absolute Policy

ALL TOKEN PURCHASES ARE FINAL

No exceptions. No refunds. No credits.

Zeuvox does not provide refunds, reimbursements, or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Unused Tokens
Partial usage
Dissatisfaction with conversations
Leaving a session early
Remaining connected longer than intended
Inactivity or passive listening
Falling asleep or failing to end a session
Technical misunderstandings by the user
Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

Once purchased or spent, Tokens are non-refundable and irreversible.

5Use of Tokens & Billing

Tokens are consumed based on:

  • Time spent in live conversations
  • The rate set by the creator

Billing:

  • Occurs in real time
  • Is calculated per minute (or fraction thereof)
  • Stops only when the session is ended by the user

It is the user's sole responsibility to:

  • Monitor session duration
  • Track Token balance
  • End sessions consciously

6No Guarantee of Satisfaction

Zeuvox does not guarantee:

  • Quality of conversations
  • Outcomes
  • Usefulness of information
  • Compatibility between users

Payment is for access and time, not results.

Dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for refund.

7Platform Role & Limitation

Zeuvox:

  • Does not provide the conversation content
  • Does not control real-time interactions
  • Does not act as a party to the conversation

All payments relate to:

  • Access to the Platform
  • Technical facilitation of interactions

Creators are independent users.

8Technical Issues

Temporary technical issues do not automatically entitle users to refunds.

Zeuvox may, at its sole discretion, review exceptional cases, but:

  • Has no obligation to do so
  • Does not create precedent
  • Does not modify this Policy

9Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:

Immediate account suspension or termination
Permanent loss of access to the Platform
Loss of any remaining Tokens

Zeuvox reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using platform logs and usage records.

10Account Termination

Account termination for any reason:

  • Does not entitle the user to refunds
  • Does not restore unused Tokens
  • Does not affect completed charges

11Changes to This Policy

Zeuvox may modify this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
